Airport
Upon first getting to the city from the airport you will need to check-in, get your keys, and fill the registration form.

Getting to and from the airport can be normally done three ways: by bus, by taxi, by car (rental, shuttle).

Catch bus nr. 100E at the airport, which will take you to Deák tér. From there, take historical metro 1 towards Mexikói út and get off at Oktogon, or walk from Deák tér down on Paulay Ede utca 56 to find our partner reception Koffer Luggage & Chill.
When you take the airport bus, make sure you buy the airport bus ticket, which is not the same as a regular ticket and your day pass or special pass normally does not cover it either.
You can buy airport bus tickets at the ticket vending machines in bus stops.
Upon arriving at the airport you have to queue to get an official taxi. Taxi fares from the airport to the apartment cost around 7000-9000 HUF depending on the traffic. You can also download and install Taxify, which is a similar service to Uber (Uber is not legal in Hungary).
